Challenge

Enterprise companies across multiple industries needed to migrate on-premise infrastructure to SberCloud while minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity. Each migration had unique requirements — different application stacks, compliance needs, and acceptable downtime windows.

Approach

Developed and refined a repeatable migration methodology:

• Conducted infrastructure audit for each client to map dependencies
• Created migration plans with detailed risk and downtime estimates
• Configured network connectivity between on-premise and cloud (VPN, routing)
• Executed migrations using Veeam, VMware VCDA, and Huawei SMS tools
• Set up VMware vCloud Director with NSX-V/NSX-T for network virtualization
• Conducted acceptance testing (PMI) for each project
